Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping (5-8 business days): $4.99 (Free on orders over $75)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $14.99
International Shipping
- Standard International (10-21 business days): $14.99
- Express International (5-10 business days): $34.99
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these charges.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75. This is automatically applied at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page or the carrier's website.
Shipping Delays
FitPaws Market is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days at support@fitpawsmarket.com. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
