We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, email us at returns@fitpawsmarket.com.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
